Career Framework is a web based application that allows employees to review Career Roadmap for any role within the company, get feedbacks from colleagues and define areas of self-improvement.

Personas, site map, user flow diagrams, competitor analysis were, among other artifacts, created during this project. And since my allocation was short-term, it was also crucial that I provide a detailed UI style guide to ensure consistency and success in the long run.
